Carmen Victoria Gutierrez

Carmen Gutierrez, 30, of Andrews, Texas, passed away on August 1, 2025. Born on January 16, 1995, she was known for her great sense of humor, her selfless nature, and her unwavering commitment to her family. Her faith and kindness touched everyone who knew her, and her warm, welcoming spirit will be dearly missed.

Carmen is survived by her father, Calistro Gutierrez; several brothers and sisters; and her seven beloved children: Ionia, Alejandro, Alaina, Eli, Ryan, Marie, and Samuel. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemarie Guilez Gutierrez. Her family and friends will forever treasure her loving spirit and the way she brightened their lives with her joy and selflessness.

A funeral and viewing will be held on Sunday, August 3rd, from 2–5 p.m. at Andrews Corgill Funeral Home, 201 NE 1st Street, Andrews, TX 79714. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to an organization dedicated to cervical cancer research in Carmen’s memory.

Carmen touched many lives with her generosity and faith. She will be lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
