Charles David Welch

Charles David Welch, better known as David, passed away at the age of 70, on May 21, 2021 at his home in Andrews, Texas. David was one of 4 boys born to Thomas and Bessie Welch in Marshall, Texas. David and his siblings spent their academic career at the David W. Carter school district in Dallas, Texas. He went on to join the United States Air Force where he spent the next 10 years. 

David is preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Ronnie Lee & Thomas Ray Welch. He is survived by his brother Doug Welch of Andrews, and two cousins Delores Grisham & Roger Hughes of Andrews. 

David will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
