Rocky Kain Soria, a precious soul who touched the hearts of many in his brief time with us, was born on January 11, 2026, in Andrews, Texas. Tragically, he departed this world on the same day, leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever echo in the lives of those who were blessed to know him.
Though he was with us only for a fleeting moment, Rocky's journey was marked by the warmth of his mother's embrace and the gentle belly rubs from medical staff during visits that ended far too soon. Each heartbeat was filled with love, and each moment, though few, radiated happiness. His presence brought joy that transcended the limitations of his time here, reminding us of the beauty that exists in love, no matter how brief.
Rocky is survived by his devoted family, including his loving mother, Faithe Carrillo, and his father, Raymond Soria. He is also cherished by his sister, Adaly Munoz, and his brother, Ricardo Soria. The support and love of his extended family is a testament to the deeply rooted connections that Rocky will forever symbolize. His grandparents, Alejandro and Rossana Campos, Rogelio and Crystal Soria, and Lorenzo Carrillo provided a nurturing environment of family, while his uncles and aunts—Flavio (Abigail) Hernandez, Jasmine (Carlos) Juarez, Destinee (Noel) Juarez, Jace Campos, and Alejandro Campos Jr.—formed a loving circle around him. Rocky is also remembered fondly by his ten cousins, who will carry his spirit in their hearts.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandma, Rosa Chavarria, great-aunt, Veronica Carrillo, great-grandpa, Ruben Jordan Carrillo, great-uncle, Ernesto Carrillo, and cousin, Jose Dominic Hernandez. Each of these loved ones welcomed him with open arms in the eternal embrace and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who mourn his departure.
As we reflect on the life of baby Rocky Kain Soria, let us hold close the memories of his brief existence and the immeasurable love that surrounded him. In his short journey, he taught us the importance of cherishing every moment and the power of love that knows no bounds. Though his time with us was cut short, he will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends, a bright light that reminds us to love fiercely and unconditionally.
