Sharreene Thompson Murray

Sharreene (Sharon) Thompson Murray, 73, of Andrews Texas passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 in Odessa Texas.

Sharreene was born on November 25, 1951 in Longview Texas to Lelar Hill and Dewey Lloyd Thompson. She graduated from Andrews High School and worked for Permian General Hospital in central supply for over 10+years.

Sharreene was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Andrews/ Pastor Christopher Haggar.

Sharreen is survived by her husband, Larry Murray of Andrews; sons, Jonathan McDonald of Andrews and Jamal Murray of Andrews; brothers Bobby Smith of Austin, Texas and David Hill of Midland, Texas and sister, Connie Johnson of Midland, Texas. Four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Shareene is preceded in death by her parents, Lelar and Dewey; brother, Jerry Hill and sister Earlene Thomas.
