Frank G. Elkins

Frank Garland Elkins, 75, passed away May 26, 2022, at his home in Midland, Texas. Frank is survived by his two Sons, Michael , wife Megan Elkins and their two sons Keene and Kohen and Coby Elkins, wife Kendall Elkins and their two daughters Elizabeth and Emily. Frank was born on 19 April 1947 in Seagraves, Texas to parents Carl and Ruby Elkins both whom are deceased. He has four siblings Gene Tipton (Deceased), JR Tipton, Edith Stanley and JD Elkins. He was an Eagle Scout in Kermit, Texas and he attended Midland High School in Midland, Texas. After serving three years in the US Air Force he married Mary L. Cope and moved back to Midland, Texas. Where he started his own electrical business named Lone Star Electric and later changed it to Tall City Electric owning it for over 40 years. He was a great family man and a loving father. He always worked hard and played just as hard. He taught us how to be a good person and how to care about a community. His family and friends will miss him and will always be in our memories.
