Maria Hernandez

Maria was born on January 4, 1949 in Villa Union, Coah, Mexico. In 1965, at the age of 16 she chose to come to the United States to begin her life. Just a few years later, at 23, She married her husband Jose R. Hernandez on September 17, 1972. They began their life together and started their family that included 2 children, Jose and Sylvia. She was a dedicated wife & Mother. She was active in her Church and enjoyed spending time with her family which included frequent trips to Mexico. She loved to sew & garden in her spare time. Survivors include her loving husband Jose; Son, Jose & Wife Diana Hernandez, Daughter, Sylvia & Husband Ervey Lopez; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers and a half-sister. Maria enjoyed life and all it had to offer. She was a matriarch to her family and will be missed by all of her family and friends.
